With a 15-year career in senior leadership roles spanning the organic fair-trade wholesale, property finance, and property technology industries, Ebonnie brings with her a wealth of experience. Across all of her roles, she has established an impressive track record of developing and implementing systems, managing major national and international accounts, troubleshooting, problem-solving, outsourcing, strategic planning, process improvement, and devising creative, innovative new ways to succeed.
Most notably, Ebonnie was the driving force behind the global powerhouse BoxBrownie. During her time with the Australian property technology powerhouse, she was responsible for positions including operations, and General Manager Elect. On her departure, nearly all of the systems being utilised at the proptech company had her involvement in the conceptualisation, development, and management.
As the director of REACH Australia, Ebonnie ensures that the program’s executives have the best workplace practices possible and that the program maintains positive business relationships with its partners.
Committed to sharing her in-depth knowledge of business structure, efficiencies, and processes with both start-ups and scale-ups alike, Ebonnie continues to utilise her knowledge, expertise, and wisdom by providing advice, counsel, network contacts, and political and cultural know-how, together with ongoing personal support and encouragement for proptech companies to foster their career development.
