Peter Schravemade
Managing Partner
Peter Schravemade is the Managing Partner for REACH ASEA. His experience in accelerating property technology coupled with his knowledge of business make him a highly sought after commodity. Peter is regularly featured as a contributor in international property publications, and has a lengthy list of awards for his service to the Property industry domestically in Australia and internationally. Peter is perhaps best known for his ability to identify trends and discard time consuming fleeting fads. Formerly Peter served as the global director of sales, marketing, and revenue for BoxBrownie.com. He joined the company in 2016 and was instrumental in its meteoric rise to global prominence in the years that followed. More
Ebonnie Schravemade
Director
As the Director for REACH Australia Ebonnie Schravemade works closely with companies in the cohort, providing strategic planning and guidance on the growth of their real estate businesses across the Asia Pacific region. With a 15-year career in senior leadership roles spanning the organic fair-trade wholesale, property finance, and property technology industries, Ebonnie brings with her a wealth of experience. Across all of her roles, she has established an impressive track record of developing and implementing systems, managing major national and international accounts, troubleshooting, problem-solving, outsourcing, strategic planning, process improvement, and devising creative, innovative new ways to succeed. Tom Ellis
EIR
Tom Ellis has over 13 years experience as a Financier, M&A Advisor, Strategist and Investor with a focus on supporting growth and mid-market companies through event driven scenarios. As EIR at REACH, Tom is supporting the Australian program operations and providing mentoring as an Entrepreneur in Residence. With a career spanning Banking, Investment, Advisory and across multiple markets, Tom understands first-hand the complexities of developing sustainable revenue and expanding into international markets. Tom works with Strategic Investors, Growth Companies and Founders to assist in Strategic Problem solving including Buy and Sell side advisory. More
