Welcome to the REACH Accelerator, operated by Second Century Ventures (SCV) and powered by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). REACH helps innovative technology companies scale in the real estate industry and adjacent verticals by providing unparalleled access to NAR’s network, educational resources, mentorship, and exposure through exclusive events and programs. By accessing the REACH website or participating in the program, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the REACH website or applying to the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility for Participation

The REACH program is open to companies innovating in real estate or related industries. Admission to the program is selective and based on criteria established by REACH. Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis, and acceptance is at the discretion of REACH. Participation in the program does not require co-location, as the program can be completed remotely.

3. Program Services

REACH provides access to:

Mentorship from industry experts, executives, and senior staff.
Education through a structured curriculum designed to foster business growth.
Networking Opportunities with over 1,000 real estate executives, investors, and partners across 85 countries.
Exposure at exclusive events that provide access to key players in the real estate industry.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the content, software, and services provided by REACH and SCV, including logos, trademarks, and proprietary materials, are owned by REACH or its licensors. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the resources provided during the program solely for the purpose of program participation. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

During the course of the program, participants may be exposed to confidential information, including business strategies, proprietary technologies, and industry insights. Participants agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without explicit written consent from REACH or SCV.

6. Use of the Website

Users of the REACH website agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
Use the website and its resources only for lawful purposes.
Not engage in any activity that would disrupt or damage the operation of the website or its services.

7. Termination

REACH reserves the right to terminate access to the website or participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Participants may also be removed from the program if they violate these Terms or engage in behavior deemed detrimental to the goals of the program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REACH, SCV, and NAR will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the program or use of the website.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or participation in the REACH program will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, where REACH is headquartered. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

REACH may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and your continued use of the site or participation in the program will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
